Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Horticultural Team Members in Pukekohe, Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in horticulture, as no prior experience is necessary. You will receive on-site training to perform various tasks including planting, field harvesting, washing, grading, and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in planting, field harvesting, washing, grading, and packing of horticultural products.
• Learn new skills and follow instructions to maintain the high quality of our products and ensure safety at work.
• Work Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm.
• Be willing and able to work extra hours as required due to the seasonal nature of the job.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in work hours.
• Work effectively in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 15 kg.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Reliable with own transportation.
• Flexibility to work extra hours as needed.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid work visa.

Successful applicants may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and undergo random drug testing during employment.
