About Us:

FJ Ramsey Investments is seeking an experienced General Hand to join our team at the Northern Boundary Farm, a deer farm nestled in Rerewhakaaitu, between Murupara and Rotorua. We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company, and this role presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a preference for candidates experienced in working with deer. The role may require occasional work on two other company farms.

Job Description:

As an Experienced General Hand, your responsibilities will include:

• Working on various tasks on the deer farm, including tractor operation, fencing, and chainsaw work.
• Assisting in daily farm operations and maintenance.
• Periodically working on two other company farms as required.
• Providing support in ensuring the overall efficiency of farm activities.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Previous experience working with deer is highly preferred.
• Experience with tractors, fencing, and chainsaws is desirable.
• Flexibility to work on different company farms as needed.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.
• A 3-bedroom house is provided to the successful applicant.
