Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fruit Pickers for the upcoming harvest season in Israel. As a Fruit Picker, you will play a crucial role in the harvesting and sorting of various fruits, ensuring high-quality produce for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Harvesting a variety of fruits according to established guidelines.
• Sorting and packing harvested fruits with care to maintain quality standards.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily harvesting targets.
• Reporting any issues or concerns related to the fruit quality or harvesting process to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks, including bending and lifting.
• Previous experience in agriculture or fruit picking is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
