Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Fruit Pickers in Israel. This is a full-time position with an attractive monthly salary of USD 1500.

Responsibilities:

• Select fruit and vegetables for picking according to size and ripeness, discarding rotting and over-ripened produce.
• Operate farm machinery to harvest nuts, fruit, and vegetables.
• Load picked fruit and vegetables into containers, taking care to avoid damage.
• Sorting and packing harvested fruits according to quality standards.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment.
• Ability to select produce based on size and ripeness.
• Physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in fruit picking is a plus but not required.
