Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Harvest Worker to join our team. As a Harvest Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the cultivation and harvesting of our crops. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for long-term employment, offering stability and growth within our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning crops and work areas to maintain high-quality standards.
• Sorting and packing fruits and vegetables for distribution.
• Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops according to established procedures.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Fertilizing and spraying crops to promote healthy growth.
• Weeding and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the farm.
• Participating in seed cutting activities.
• Greenhouse cleaning to ensure a conducive growing environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in agriculture or related field is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Experience operating farm machinery and equipment is desirable.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
