About Us:

We are a friendly, family-operated broadacre farm business located near Esperance, Western Australia. Our farm spans two rainfall zones, covering approximately 3200 hectares of cereals and legumes. Committed to continuous improvement, we embrace advancements in farming practices, technology, and machinery. Family and health are paramount to us, leading to a unique practice of shutting down the farm for a 24-hour period every week, all year round. As part of our growth, we are currently building a new workshop and expanding our cropping program. We are seeking an enthusiastic team member who shares our passion for farming and is ready to contribute to our dynamic environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Farm Hand, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining large modern farming equipment, contributing to the general day-to-day tasks of running the farm, and working within a collaborative team environment under the guidance of the owner/manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain large modern farming equipment.
• Contribute to the general day-to-day tasks of running the farm.
• Work effectively in a team environment under the supervision of the owner/manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in broadacre cropping or related industries.
• Competent mechanical knowledge.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for agriculture and continuous learning.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
