What You'll Be Doing:

• Working hands-on with live poultry, ensuring their well-being and health
• Implementing maintenance management to keep the farm facilities in top-notch condition
• Taking charge of inventory management to ensure smooth farm operations
• Managing a team of dedicated staff with a focus on teamwork and efficiency
• Cleaning chicken stalls and maintaining a hygienic farm environment
• Collecting eggs with care and precision
• Conducting chicken inspections and sorting based on quality standards
• Engaging in building and lifting of poultry products
• Ensuring livestock are treated humanely by yourself and others

What We're Looking For:

• Genuine passion for working with live poultry and a commitment to their well-being
• Proven experience in maintenance and inventory management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle the demands of a poultry farm
• Attention to detail in tasks like egg collection, chicken inspections, and sorting
• Experience in building and lifting of poultry products is a plus
• Dedication to ensuring livestock are treated with the utmost care and respect
