We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dairy Farm Supervisor to join our team at our Tuttle, OK location.

Position Overview:

As a Dairy Farm Supervisor at Braum's, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on our dairy farm, ensuring the well-being of our dairy herd, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the dairy industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of health technicians, feeders, bedders, maternity, nursery, milkers, and supporting staff.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and professionalism consistently.
• Manage a rotating schedule, averaging 50+ hours per week.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing successful dairy operations producing top-quality milk.
• Proficient in artificial insemination techniques.
• Knowledgeable in disease control, illness identification, injury treatment, pregnancy checking, and animal health activities.
• Understanding of dairy nutrition.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Strong communication abilities for safety, quality, and production maximization.
