Position Overview:

Norwood is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agricultural Machinery Sales Representative to join our team in Gisborne Central, Gisborne. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service in the agricultural machinery sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the Gisborne region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our agricultural machinery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position Norwood's offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous agricultural machinery sales experience and evidence of building and maintaining successful relationships.
• Willingness to learn about market dynamics, implementing sales plans, and managing sales performance.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to take the time to listen and truly understand customer needs.
