Position: Farm Worker
Location: Surrey, BC
Type: Permanent Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $17.00
Weekly Hours: 40
Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and manage irrigation systems.
- Perform general farm duties, including weeding, pruning, and pest control.
- Assist with the packaging and loading of produce for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in farming or related field preferred.
- Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
