Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity at our Brisbane office for an experienced Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our Research and Development Division. In this role, you will work alongside a diverse team of developers on new versions of our customized and bespoke products and build upon our current framework. You'll have the opportunity to work across various products using the latest tools, techniques, and libraries such as CI/CD, PWAs, REST APIs, SQL Server, and more. We foster a high-performance culture while maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment for our people to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance bespoke software products for the Hospitality and Retail industries.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of developers on new and existing projects.
• Work with the latest tools and technologies, including C#, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Libraries/Frameworks, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD.
• Assist in the creation of RESTful APIs.
• Deliver and take ownership of project timelines.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solve technical problems and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.
• Strong understanding of Web Applications, APIs, and Databases.
• Significant experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Libraries/Frameworks.
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), ASP.NET MVC, Git (Bit Bucket), and AWS.
• Familiarity with Team City and Octopus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for technology and familiarity with current and emerging web technologies.
• Unlimited full-working rights in Australia.
• Experience within the hospitality industry or exposure to Point of Sale systems is advantageous.

• Annual Salary: A$90,000/year
