Job Description:

The Brother's Farm Inc is looking for dedicated Farm Workers to join our team for seasonal, full-time employment. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to vegetable farming, including cleaning crops, deleafing, hand harvesting, and more. Our farm specializes in the cultivation of bell peppers, cabbage, cauliflowers, melons, and zucchinis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning crop
• Deleafing
• Hand harvesting vegetables
• Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
• Vegetable culling
• Weeding
• Harvesting crops
• Examining produce for quality and preparing for market
• Sorting and packing fruits and vegetables
• Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, farm produce, livestock, and poultry

Qualifications:

• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads.
• Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking positions.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
