Job Description:

As a Farm Supervisor at Barrhill Feeders Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing day-to-day farm operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of farm workers, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers.
• Plan and schedule daily farm activities, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of livestock.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of farm activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Train and mentor farm workers as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement farm strategies for increased productivity.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role on a farm.
• Knowledge of livestock management and feed production.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work 40 to 60 hours per week as required.
• Valid driver's license.
