Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Farm Hand. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining large modern farming equipment, completing cropping operations, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and maintenance of large modern farming equipment for cropping operations and farm maintenance.
• Various day-to-day activities related to farm operations.
• Prioritize and organize multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous farming experience or a similar field involving machinery.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for agriculture and learning.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
• Competent mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
