Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Retail Assistant to join our dedicated team in Tauranga. As a Senior Retail Assistant reporting to our Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service both in-store and online.
• Driving retail sales and achieving sales targets.
• Cultivating and strengthening customer relationships.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assisting with stocktakes and stock management.
• Mentoring and supporting sales team members.

Applicants Must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Hold a permanent and unconditional right to work in New Zealand.
• Be available to work during standard operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Have previous retail sales experience with a proven track record of generating sales.

Desirable, but Not Required:

• Driver's license.
• Willingness to work in our sister store in Rotorua occasionally.
