Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless shopping experience for our omni-channel customers. You'll support operational activities that drive sales, profit, and exceptional customer service. Your collaboration with the store team will contribute to a hassle-free shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing order updates and resolving issues promptly.
  • Customer Support: Monitor alerts to ensure timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders, including curbside delivery during peak times.
  • Picking and Packing: Locate ordered items, prepare merchandise for shipment, coordinate with shipping providers, and process returns and abandoned in-store pickup orders.
  • Support Other Teams: Assist with unloading and processing new merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Prolonged periods of standing/walking.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
  • Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, and color vision.
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
