We are currently seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in construction, working on exciting and varied projects while surrounded by a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing the estimating and quantity surveying process, from tendering to project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget throughout the construction cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the delivery team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
• Manage client reporting to ensure cashflow targets are achieved.
• Maintain a high level of Health and Safety compliance and actively mitigate risks.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong foundational knowledge of best practices in quantity surveying and estimating.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a strategic outlook.
• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and familiarity with quantity surveying systems and processes.
• A professional demeanor with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering connections with past and future opportunities.
