We are looking for proactive and reliable Harvest Drivers to join our team in Christchurch Central, Canterbury for the peak season from mid-November to March. The Role:

Join our well-organized harvest crew for the peak season, spanning from mid-November to March. As a Harvest Driver, you will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate harvesting machinery efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of harvest machinery to ensure continuous 24/7 operation and the supply of the best quality product to the factory.
• Work closely with your harvest team, Agronomists, and factory staff.
• Operate harvest machinery and ancillary equipment as well as provide staff transport as required for our 24/7 operation.
• Work six days a week in 12-hour shifts, with shift options from 4 am to 4 pm or 4 pm to 4 am.

Your Skills:

• Class 2 Full License with 'W' (wheels) endorsement is a must.
• A positive attitude and strong reliability.
• An interest in agriculture and the ability to learn the operation of heavy machinery.
• The motivation and physical fitness to work 12-hour shifts.
