Job Description:

Evermost Turkey Inc. is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Worker specializing in turkey breeding and farming. As a key member of our farm, you will play an integral role in the daily operations that contribute to the health and well-being of our turkeys.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the health of turkeys and ensuring their well-being.
• Writing daily basic progress reports to track turkey breeding and farming activities.
• Performing general farm duties to support farm operations.
• Ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are diligently followed.
• Operating a tractor for various farm tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in poultry farming is an asset.
• Ability to monitor animal health and maintain detailed progress reports.
• Familiarity with tractor operation and other farm machinery.
• Product inspection experience, specifically in poultry.
• A valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Commitment to animal welfare and ethical farming practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
