Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Farm Hand to support our dedicated team in the day-to-day operations at FGS. The ideal candidate will have experience in farm operations and a strong passion for sustainability. As a Farm Hand, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Seeding of broodstock and production tubs.
• Loading and unloading of breeding aviaries.
• Cleaning breeding rooms.
• Egg collection and packaging.
• Tub washing.

Requirements:

• Experience in a production, farming, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
• A keen interest in sustainability.
• Forklift license (a plus).
