Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Penrose, Auckland. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for accounts payable functions and will play a vital role in managing the company's financial records. Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including reconciliations, payment runs, and supplier invoice processing.
• Handle accounts receivables and assist with debtor management as needed.
• Conduct periodic bank reconciliations and assist with month-end journal entries.
• Provide ad hoc finance administration and reporting support to the management team.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
