Expressions of Interest: Experienced Warehouse Operators

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for upcoming positions for experienced Warehouse Operators. As a vital part of our Warehouse Team, these positions may be situated within our Inwards, Dispensary, or Logistics teams. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as you will receive cross-training to assist the broader warehouse department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Dispensary with the sampling of raw materials, including API and packaging materials, following approved test methods, sampling plans, SOPs, and GMP standards.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness within the warehouse.
• Complete computer transactions within the business ERP system, including receipting and inventory-related activities.
• Operate various types of fork hoists, including reach, counter, and TSP models.
• Safely handle heavy items, weighing up to 20 kilograms.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing or warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of relevant health and safety requirements in New Zealand.
• Valid fork hoist license.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office suites.
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately.
