The Job:

We are in search of a skilled Vineyard Operator to join us for the upcoming growing season and vintage. This role offers a unique opportunity to be intimately involved in every facet of vineyard operations during the growing season, and you'll also follow the grapes through to the winery as part of our winery team.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your tractor driving expertise in various vineyard tasks.

Participate in our spray application, under vine management program, canopy management, vine training, and irrigation maintenance.

Contribute to and learn about our biodynamic activities.

Ensure the vineyard's health and productivity, maintaining our commitment to organic and biodynamic practices.

Requirements:

Previous tractor driving experience is essential.

Interest and/or experience in organic and biodynamic viticulture is an advantage.

Must be highly practical and physically fit.

Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
