About the Role:

Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Dixons Creek, with expansive vineyard holdings spanning over 240 hectares, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a hands-on role within a collaborative team environment. As a Vineyard Operator at De Bortoli Wines, your responsibilities will include:

• Harvesting grapes at the peak of ripeness.
• Pruning grapevines to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Operating tractors and other farm machinery.
• Managing the canopy to enhance grape quality.
• Strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures.

About You:

We are currently seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a capacity for learning within a team-based work setting. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in vineyard operations.
• Proficiency in operating tractors and other farm machinery.
• A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
