We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Vegetable Farm Workers for the upcoming season.

Job Description:

As a Vegetable Farm Worker at MPA Farm Ltd, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our vegetable farming operations. You will collaborate with our skilled team to perform tasks ranging from greenhouse cleaning to harvesting seedlings, ensuring the health and growth of our crops. This seasonal position offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic farming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean greenhouses to maintain a healthy growing environment.
• Harvest seedlings and prepare them for planting.
• Mix and apply fertilizers as required.
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops using vertical farming systems.
• Weed and maintain crop beds to promote plant health.
• Fertilize and spray crops in accordance with guidelines.
• Harvest crops at their peak ripeness.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous farming or agriculture experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Physical fitness to handle weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
• Excellent judgment and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
