Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor at JMR Workx Project NZ Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our crop-related operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop work schedules and establish efficient procedures.
• Ensure compliance with farm safety, food safety, and bio-security protocols.
• Manage workflow to optimize productivity.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Report to HR and senior management on team performance.
• Identify and facilitate career advancement opportunities.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and disputes.
• Handle data entry and general office administration if required.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety measures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and late evenings as needed.
• Proven staff management experience with a positive leadership style.
• NZ residency or a valid work visa.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour.
