The Role:

As a Store Manager at Cotton On Ingle Farm, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers and driving business outcomes for the store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and nurturing a culture that transforms your team into engaged product and brand ambassadors.
• Empowering your Store Management team to prioritize customers, focus on people, and achieve results.
• Coaching your team to deliver multiple brand moments and elevate the flagship experience for seamless shopping.
• Identifying your team's development needs and motivators to enhance wellness, engagement, and performance for future succession.
• Collaborating with Field VM and Merch partners to provide insights that drive results and create memorable customer experiences.
• Effective management of store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.
• Advocating for the Cotton On Group Foundation and leading your team in making a life-changing impact on our global projects.
