We are currently seeking an Experienced Architectural Graduate with strong ArchiCAD skills to join our team and take a lead role in working with one of our key clients.

Job Description:

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead projects, particularly during the front-end stages and through the Resource Consent (RC) process. You will act as a crucial liaison between our client and our team, overseeing various workstreams and providing exceptional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and manage client relationships.
• Utilize strong design capabilities to create innovative architectural concepts.
• Generate design concepts that align with unique contextual factors.
• Proficiently use ArchiCAD for design and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project goals.
• Apply your expertise in medium-density housing, including knowledge of the Unitary Plan.
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand building codes, especially for multi-unit housing.
• Opportunity for mentorship and progression towards professional registration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of post-graduation experience in architecture (Master of Architecture preferred).
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative imagination.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Ability to work with design briefs and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in medium-density housing projects.
• Knowledge of the New Zealand building code, especially for multi-unit housing.
• Salary:
• The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience.
