What You'll Do:

• Maintain and develop Ruby on Rails REST API and backend services.
• Ensure the smooth operation of existing applications.
• Define standards, approach, and technology choices for the application.
• Maintain consistency in styles and patterns across the application.
• Collaborate closely with other developers and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What We're After:

• At least 3 years of experience in Ruby development.
• Experience in developing and deploying software.
• Knowledge of building full-stack web products using open source and cloud technologies.
• Curiosity for technology and the ability to balance engineering with business outcomes.
• A passion for problem-solving and learning new things.
• Adaptability in an evolving environment with a team-first approach.
• Learning agility alongside existing and proven experience.

What You’ll Learn:

• Ruby, ReactJs, JavaScript, GoLang, and more.
• AWS, Azure, GCP – you'll work with the main cloud providers, primarily AWS.
• Docker and Kubernetes – all apps are tested and deployed using these technologies.
• Agile development in a collaborative team.
• DevOps practices, including Terraform and GitOps for cloud deployment.
