About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at the Taieri store, working 40 hours per week. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Manage the bulk store area, handling pallets, stock counting, and goods movement.
• Deliver top-notch retail sales and customer service to our valued shareholders.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of agricultural products, including sheep and beef, dairy, and general agricultural items.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Execute administrative tasks such as stock ordering and receipting.

About You:

We're looking for candidates with the following qualities:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn; we can provide training for the rest.
• Strong interpersonal skills; you can engage and communicate effectively with anyone.
• Physical fitness, as the role involves being on your feet all day, as well as lifting and carrying stock. Expect daily repetitive heavy lifting.
• Retail sales or customer service experience and skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems.

Bonus Points for:

• Background in the farming sector.
• Broad knowledge of agricultural products and services.
• Forklift license.
