Job Description:

Agri Labour Australia is seeking qualified individuals to join our client's facility in Kenley, VIC, as Orchard Hands/Tractor Operators on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for operating tractors, chemical spraying, and various day-to-day orchard tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Efficiently operating and maintaining the receiving, de-husking, and sorting shed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of shed commodity tracking, sorting, and testing documentation.
  • Documenting and recording all equipment repairs.
  • Properly using machinery and handling chemical operations (Certification required).
  • Performing other duties as required by the site supervisor.
  • Ensuring all work adheres to company operating procedures, equipment standards, and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Valid Chem Cert and MADEC card.
  • Proven tractor operation experience.
  • Ability to operate machines and electronically managed systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in changing work environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
