About the Role:

As a Helicopter Agricultural & Utility Pilot at Anderson Helicopters, you will play a vital role in conducting agricultural and utility operations under the guidance of our Operations Manager. Working closely with our dedicated ground support team, you will uphold our commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include the safe operation of our aircraft, maintaining service excellence for our clients, and ensuring accurate completion of administrative tasks within established timelines. This role offers full-time hours, albeit variable and weather-dependent, with occasional weekend work and the possibility of travel away from the base to meet client needs.

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about agricultural and utility work, values safety, and exhibits a customer-focused, collaborative approach. Minimum requirements for this role include:

• A New Zealand CPL-H license for helicopters
• NZ Agricultural rating Grade 2 (Minimum) for topdressing and spraying
• Night Rating
• A valid Class 1 NZ medical certificate
• Understanding of and exposure to Civil Aviation Authority requirements
• Excellent attention to Health & Safety
• A positive, responsible, can-do attitude

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in:

• Precision Longline (100ft plus) operations
• Mountain Flying
• Fire Fighting
• VTA (Visual Terrain Awareness) Experience
• AS350 and B206 experience is preferred
