Position Overview:

As a Golang Developer at Hirec, you will be responsible for hands-on development in Golang, working on applications ranging from small-scale projects to large and complex systems. You'll have the opportunity to apply your creative problem-solving skills, work independently, and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines. We value excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with partners to understand and clarify needs and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality code in Golang to build and maintain software applications.
• Work with Container Management Platforms and have hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ensure application security, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in programming and design skills, with in-depth knowledge of Go.
• Interact with various databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Troubleshoot complex OS, database, network configuration, and application server issues.
• Utilize continuous delivery systems and Git for version control and code management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define branching, tagging, and code merging strategies.
• Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• Coding experience in Golang is required.
• Experience with Container Management Platforms and hands-on expertise in GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) is highly preferred.
• Cloud experience, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is a must.
• Understanding of application security principles, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong programming and design skills, with in-depth development experience in Go.
• Familiarity with various databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues related to OS, databases, networks, and application servers is a plus.
• Knowledge of continuous delivery systems and Git for version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
