About the Company:

Coral Coast Barramundi (CCB) is a leading player in Barramundi Aquaculture situated in the picturesque Whitsundays region of Bowen, Northern QLD. CCB operates as a fully integrated Barramundi farm, boasting its own Breeding Facility, Hatchery, Nursery Rearing Facility, Growout Raceway System, and HACCP approved Processing Facility. As we continue to expand, we are looking to welcome dedicated individuals to our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are currently in search of an experienced Farm Hand to assume a versatile role within our Production Pond Area and Processing Shed. This full-time position involves 40 hours of work per week throughout the year. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks associated with our production pond area and processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fish Feeding
• Harvesting
• Fish Packing
• General Maintenance
• Forklift and Tele Handler operations
• Early and Late Shifts on a rotational basis

Requirements:

Experience in general farmhand work or related industries is highly regarded. Given the hands-on and outdoor nature of the role, prior experience in a similar setting is essential. The ideal candidate should be reliable, physically fit, self-motivated, and an adept problem solver.

• Current Driver's License
• Construction White Card*
• Current First Aid Certificate*
• Current Forklift License*
• Current Tele Handler License*
