Job Description:
As a Farm Worker at Chhina Farm, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our farm's daily operations. You will work alongside a passionate team of agricultural professionals and gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and dynamic farming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Harvesting seedlings.
- Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops following organic farming principles.
- Weeding to maintain crop health.
- Harvesting crops at their peak.
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
- Performing general farm duties to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Providing agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
Qualifications:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train motivated individuals.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for sustainable agriculture.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of farm machinery and equipment is an advantage.
