Job Description:

Bhunder Organic Orchard Ltd, located in the beautiful Cawston region of BC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our organic farming team. We are committed to sustainable farming practices and the production of high-quality organic crops. As a Farm Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing various farming operations, ensuring the farm's success and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deleafing and shearing with a knife.
• Implementing soil fertility programs.
• Weeding and providing agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
• Ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are strictly followed.
• Maintaining quality control and production records.
• Supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations.
• Maintaining work records and logs.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
• Performing general farm duties as required.

Requirements:

• Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid Canadian work permit is required.
