Job Description:
As a Farm Supervisor at Marion Rd Farms Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our farm. You will work closely with our farm manager and a team of skilled farm workers to ensure the efficient and successful cultivation of our crops.

Work Site Environment:

Tasks:
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Develop work schedules and establish procedures
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties
