Job Description:
As a Machinery Operator at Warakirri Cropping, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating farm machinery for tasks like spraying, paddock preparation, planting, spreading, cartage, and harvest.
- Utilizing the latest equipment and innovative technology to monitor crop health and progress.
- Assisting with testing and recording of cotton and grain quality and ensuring safe storage and handling of grain during and after harvest.
- A commitment to continuous learning; we support your development regardless of your experience level.
Qualifications:

- Strong focus on safety.
- Experience in cotton or dryland/broadacre cropping operations and operating large-scale equipment is a plus, but we provide development opportunities.
- Team-oriented with a drive to contribute to the farm's success.
- Initiative and self-motivation are your strengths.
- Possess a current driver’s license and the willingness to obtain a chemical user’s certificate and/or truck license, if needed.
- Full Australian working rights.
