Job Description:

As a Farm Labourer at Nez Farms Limited, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day farming operations. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the successful cultivation and maintenance of our crops. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the agricultural industry.

Job Details:

• Salary: $15.50 per hour
• Hours: 35 to 60 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Seasonal employment, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• Fertilize and spray crops.
• Harvest crops.

Equipment and Machinery Experience:

• Farm truck
• Loader
• Sprayer or duster
• Tractor

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• Repetitive tasks
• Physically demanding
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Walking
• Bending, crouching, kneeling
• Overtime required
