The Opportunity:

Join our Southern Region team and play a pivotal role in supporting our feed trials and harvest operations. As a Farm Attendant on our On-water Marine Farm, your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining nets, pens, moorings, and equipment, as well as assisting with fish transfers, feed trials, fish feeding, and health checks. You will also contribute to environmental monitoring and predator activity assessments. Your involvement will extend to various aspects of Zone management as required.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A valid driver's license (essential) and coxswain's certificate (desirable).
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively.
• While experience in Aquaculture, Marine Farming, or water-based work is desirable, it's not essential.
