We are currently seeking a dedicated Farm Assistant to join our team and play a key role in achieving our objectives.

Position Overview:

As a Farm Assistant at PenAgri Farms, you will be an integral part of our team, actively involved in the day-to-day activities of our livestock operation. Your role will be essential in enhancing breeding objectives, supporting commercial operations, and contributing to the overall strategy of our aggregation. You will work closely with our existing team to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and demonstrate Work Health and Safety (WHS) at all times.
• Manage livestock husbandry and daily operations in alignment with our livestock strategy.
• Perform general farm operational tasks.
• Foster positive community relationships.
• Operate and maintain machinery, including repairs and maintenance.
• Contribute to property improvements and overall farm presentation.
• Collaborate with the PenAgri Farms management team to implement the business strategy.
• Facilitate all reporting requirements.
• Provide support in overseeing and training casual employees.
