Job Description:

As a Drainage Ground Staff member at Buchanan Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in our civil construction projects, including subdivisions, drainage, and commercial site works. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in various civil construction tasks.
• Operating heavy machinery, including excavators.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating effectively with team members.
• Assisting in the installation and maintenance of drainage systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous civil construction experience is preferred.
• Farming, building, or agricultural experience will also be considered.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery, including excavators.
• Willingness to learn and obtain relevant qualifications.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work 50+ hours per week.
