About The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Launch Team and play a crucial role in supporting our fleet and hardware teams. As a South Island Delivery Agent, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting collars from our customer farms across the South Island. This role is pivotal in closing the feedback loop between our on-farm activities and our engineering teams in Auckland. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience with one of New Zealand's fastest-growing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create daily travel plans to optimize time and farm visits.
• Utilize travel optimization software to ensure efficient routes.
• Drive between farms in the South Island and our Canterbury office.
• Organize and maintain Halter collars on customer farms.
• Manage, sort, and prepare Halter collars.
• Ensure accurate stock levels for each farm.
• Pack and dispatch urgent spares to customer farms in the South Island.
• Pack and ship collars to the Auckland HQ.

Requirements:

• Full class 1 driver's license.
• Experience with cows is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills, reflecting Halter's values and brand in interactions with customers.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual work.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic with a proven work history.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
