Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Civil Construction Workers to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. D4C offers job security with 8 years remaining of a 10-year term and the potential for further extension. This is a unique opportunity to work across Central Sydney, Sutherland Shire, and the South Region on a range of water and wastewater network asset renewal projects for Sydney Water.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a crew ranging from 5 to 20 people.
  • Foster a positive team culture.
  • Safely execute tasks while protecting the environment.
  • Work around live services and follow SWMS/JHAs.
  • Participate in extra training and upskilling opportunities.

  • Leading Hands (Mechanical Fitters/Formworkers/Pipelayers)
  • Mechanical Fitters
  • Concreters/Steel Fixers
  • Operators
  • Truck Drivers
  • Skilled Civil Labourers

Requirements:

  • NSW White Card.
  • NSW Driver's Licence (Truck drivers must have a minimum MR licence, and operators must have a Statement of Attainment).
  • Recent working experience on construction/civil projects.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug, alcohol & physical test, Police Check, and provide 2 referees.
  • Commitment to safety and a positive work culture.
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
