Job Description:

As an Area Construction Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of construction projects in the Perth area. Your expertise in construction scheduling, resource allocation, and project management will be crucial in delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for multiple projects in the Perth area.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage subcontractor relationships.
