Job Description:

We have two exciting full-time permanent positions available for Oyster Farm Workers at our Northland site in Whangaroa. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of our transition to an innovative flip farm system, set to revolutionize oyster farming and unlock unprecedented growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of our cutting-edge flip farm system.
• Conduct various farm tasks, including stock checks, oyster harvesting, infrastructure upgrades, and general farm duties.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team as we embrace new technology and innovative approaches.
• Opportunity for on-the-job learning and skill development.
• Work in the stunning outdoors, surrounded by a supportive and experienced team.

Qualifications:

• Physical fitness and a strong work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and working as part of a team.
• Passion for the outdoors and water-based work.
• NZ Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
