About the Role:

Join our team of Agricultural Workers and enjoy a dynamic work environment with a variety of tasks across the Ashburton district. Whether it's spraying weeds, preparing fields for harvest, or other agricultural activities, you'll experience a wide range of responsibilities.

You'll work in a team of four to 15, handling duties related to arable and vegetable crops and bulbs. We provide paid training sessions to equip you with the basic agricultural skills you need.

About You:

• Positive attitude and team player.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willing to follow instructions.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks.
• No prior experience required (but beneficial if you have it).
