Jobs and Tasks:

We have multiple roles available, ranging from basic labouring tasks such as packing meat and trimming fat to more experienced roles like boning, slicing, and hide removal. Whether you are new to the industry or have experience, there's a place for you at Fletcher's.

Wages and Pay:

Wages are processed weekly, with starting hourly base rates as follows:

• Learner (unskilled): $23.50 per hour
• Level 1: $25.00 per hour
• Level 2: $28.50 per hour
• Level 3: $31.50 per hour

Casual workers are eligible for a 25% loading (e.g., $23.50 base rate + 25% = $29.375). You will have opportunities to gain new skills and progress up pay levels in your department as you learn new tasks.
