Position Overview:

As a Web Developer at Shine Lawyers, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the digital presence of Shine Justice group's websites. Based at our Brisbane CBD head office, you'll collaborate with fellow digital experts, marketing teams, and cross-functional IT and Projects teams to drive website improvements. Your responsibilities will span from identifying opportunities to implementing, testing, and promoting website changes. This role also involves technical support for other digital properties within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement website changes across diverse environments.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to conduct unit and system testing, ensuring stable code in production environments.
• Deploy new websites and web services as needed.
• Develop website modules, including React-based online forms, and leverage the Contentful CMS.
• Manage site changes for A/B tests.
• Provide technical input for digital marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across the organization, offering technical expertise to drive innovative solutions.
• Maintain digital data architecture to ensure analytics data integrity.
• Manage projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Experience and Content Lead to establish a top-tier web presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in writing clean, secure, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including React).
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining systems within Azure or similar dev ops cloud platforms (e.g., Serverless, VM's, CI/CD, CosmosDB).
• Exposure to Kubernetes and Netlify, or similar dev ops deployment solutions.
• Familiarity with WordPress Content Management System (CMS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience with responsive web development.
• Skill in integrating third-party APIs and plugins.
• Ability to resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time, project, and task management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
