Job Description:

As a Tractor Driver & Farm Hand at Mt Parker Farm, you'll play a crucial role in our evolving farming operation. You'll have the opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks, from operating tractors and excavators to fencing and general farm duties. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will contribute to our drive for increased productivity and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tractors, excavators, and other machinery for farming activities.
• Engage in fencing projects to ensure proper land management and stock control.
• Assist with stock work, from feeding and husbandry to health monitoring.
• Contribute to the general maintenance and upkeep of the farm.
• Embrace opportunities for learning and skill development within the farming industry.
• Work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and accountability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience in tractor driving, fencing, and general farm activities (preferred).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work autonomously.
• Passion for the farming industry and eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication skills and self-management abilities.
• Positive attitude, practical skills, and attention to detail.
• Valid New Zealand driver's license.
